Retention
Commercial messages are retained for up to 36 months from the last contact. Job applications, up to 12 months.
Sharing
We do not sell data. We share only with technology processors under a confidentiality agreement and documented operational need.
International transfers
We operate from four regional hubs. Transfers occur under standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
